Delivery

Goods ordered before 3pm are normally dispatched and delivered within three working days, unless otherwise requested. Working days are Monday to Friday, unless there is a Bank Holiday.

Delivery is by DPD courier between 8:00am and 5:30pm to your card's registered address. Our aim is for you to receive your goods as quickly and conveniently as possible with 100% satisfaction. 

We don't operate a minimum order value; you can order what you need - see below for our delivery charges and options for UK mainland deliveries. We do not deliver outside the UK

Returns

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, however, if there are any problems, please see the information below.

Cancelling Your Order:

If you buy online or by phone, under Distance Selling Regulations (EU only), your consumer rights entitle you to cancel your order and obtain a full refund of the purchase price, if you request one within 14 days of receipt of your order. Whilst we’re happy to discuss cancellation over the phone, please also confirm your wish to cancel by post or email.

You are unable to cancel a contract if the item(s) have been specially cut, or made to order.

Returns Policy

If within the first 14 days after receipt, the goods are not to your satisfaction you may return them to us. Simply contact us to let us know and we’ll send you a return form if necessary. It is your responsibility to return the items and pay the carriage costs for return.

Returning Goods

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc).

We will endeavour to process all refunds within 5 working days of receipt.

Please ensure all items are suitably wrapped and packaged for return. It's important that any unwanted item, unless faulty, is returned in the same condition it was sent. We'd expect this to mean that you've kept all original packaging and labels, and that it's undamaged and unused.
