Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. Goods are normally dispatched the same working day and delivered the next business weekday unless otherwise requested, (Saturday delivery may be available at additional cost). During busy periods, delivery may take longer. Delivery is by Royal Mail or courier between 8:00am and 5:00pm to your cards registered address. If your delivery is outside the United Kingdom you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. All charges of this nature shall be borne by you.
A statutory cooling off period of 7 days applies to all orders in accordance with The Consumer Protection Regulations 2000.
In the event that your chosen product is out of stock you will be notified as soon as possible. You may cancel your order at this point or we can place your chosen product on back-order for delivery in the future.
We hope you will be delighted with your purchases, however if within the first 7 working days after receipt the goods are not to your liking, you may return them to us. Simply contact us to arrange for a returns form. The goods will need to be returned at your cost. We only ask you take reasonable care of the items whilst in your possession and they are packaged appropriately for return to avoid damage. Choose between an exchange or refund.
Faulty or Defective Item(s)
Please call customer services on: 01924 260 883 or email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org stating the item(s) you are returning and reason for the return including whether you want an exchange or refund. In the case of a damaged product please send an image where possible.
If the item is damaged or faulty, then we will arrange collection of the product from you (and delivery of a replacement,) if applicable.
Should there be any problems with the replacements, we will advise you as soon as possible. Delivery of replacements will be made to the original delivery address unless otherwise advised.
Every care is taken to ensure the descriptions and specifications are correct at the time of going to press. However while the colour reproduction is a close representation, slight variation in the goods may occur and all sizes are approximate.
